Over the past decade, the rise in mobile internet usage driven by the rapid adoption of smart devices has led to a massive increase in the use of WLANs. H3C Corporation has become a leading provider of integrated mobile network solutions, launching its first WLAN projects in 2008 and has remained the No. 1 service provider in China ever since. After entering the market, according to IDC, H3C Corporation has shipped more than 10 million WLAN (AP) products.

The H3C WLAN R&D team was formally formed in 2000 and developed the industry's first gigabit wireless controller WX6100 before launching the first enterprise WA2600 802.11n AP in 2008. In 2014, H3C also entered the era of 802.11ac gigabit wireless networks for the first time. In 2018, H3C launched the industry's first high performance 802.11ax AP and next generation wireless controller series. H3C is constantly striving to improve the quality of affordable wireless solutions for both indoor and outdoor installations, accumulating over 750 WLAN technology patents through a steady annual R&D investment of approximately $30 million.

Wireless solutions include all areas of life, such as high-density networking solutions, campus mobile technology solutions in the age of big data, smart medical solutions, Wi-Fi positioning solutions, and unified wired and wireless solutions, which can provide various types of target scenarios. In the wave of mobile internet, H3C Oasis platform can provide closed source O2O service for service providers, channel partners and terminal manufacturers in the wireless ecosystem.

In addition, H3C is the only Chinese corporation participating in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standardization by submitting two RFCs (request for comments) - RFC5833 and RFC5834, both recognized by MIB - to further improve wireless network standards and promote the development of WLAN applications. . This additional H3C milestone in the WLAN arena demonstrates the company's efforts and achievements in advancing WLAN standardization, both in China and around the world.

H3C's final decision for its "Quality Oriented IntelliSense" has enabled technical exchanges and collaborations with various international clients. Its numerous innovative wireless "cloud connection" solutions have been successfully applied in Beijing Daxing International Airport, National Theatre, National Library, National Stadium, Beijing Capital International Airport, Hong Kong University, Tsinghua University, etc. H3C is currently working with local governments and mobile operators to build over 80 "wireless cities" including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou and more.
